ABOUT DANYALLE
I have over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working with some of the top healthcare companies. I come from a family with a long history in healthcare, which led me to specialize in homecare and bridging the gap between the hospital and home. I am proud to be the owner of Intentional Nurse Consulting, a nursing company dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients. With my experience and dedication to the industry, I am confident INC is a company that can be of service to your company.
OUR SERVICES
Medical Records Review
Review patient’s health records to advise continuity of care in regard to specific health issues of the individual. Monitoring documentation with specific detail to state regulations and requirements. Providing a written report of corrections for the facility to make necessary changes.
Reassessments
Following guidelines of the Division of Senior and Disability Services, providing face-to-face assessment to determine continual eligibility of services and continuation of care based off the assessment. Following policy according to the Home and Community Based Services.
RN Clinical Supervisor
Participate with the Facility Administrator/Director and other key staff members in the formulation and implementation of policies and procedures that directly or indirectly affect the health of the clients and staff. Perform educational session according State of Missouri regulations. Perform offsite nurse visits. Provide updated status reports Quarterly and as needed. Available on an on-call basis to answer questions 24 hours a day.
Weekly/Monthly Nurse Visits
Registered nurse provides enhanced supervision of the personal care aid and maintenance or preventative services providing by a Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) under the direction of a RN or physician, in a private home. Providing care based of the provided care plan making care patient specific.
Other Nurse Consulting
Billable at a minimum full-day (8 hour) for the first scheduled day, then at half-day (4 hour) increments for each subsequent half-day. A non-refundable retainer is payable at time of contract agreement.
Private Pay Home Care Services
Providing home care services to your loved ones at an out of pocket cost when Medicare or Medicaid doesn’t cover the fees often referred to as “Private Pay”
Additional Information
Unless arranged directly by the client, client shall be responsible for reasonable travel expenses to include accommodation and transportation.
Alternatively, a flat rate for travel expenses may be negotiated at the time of scheduling.
Tax identification number and payment information is available on request.
